Qualifications

• Experience establishing work priorities and communicating effectively with staff.
• Experience handling administrative and executive support tasks with minimal supervision.
• Thorough knowledge of Navy/Marine Corps structure.
• Strong administrative, operational, and supervisory leadership in Navy environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with executive-level tasks, protocol, itineraries, and events.
• Experience interacting with military staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative management and supervision of all contract instructors delivering MA CTC trainings.
• Serve as primary local point of contact for Government leadership and key stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with DoD and DoN requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate staffing, instructor assignment, and daily course delivery with schedules.
• Respond to performance issues, investigations, complaints, and safety concerns.
• Provide reports and notifications within mandated timelines.
• Coordinate instructor replacements to ensure training continuity.
• Safeguard government-issued equipment, keys, and identifications per standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
