Job summary

Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc. seeks an MITD Operations Specialist to support the Maritime & Intermodal Training Department for USA Transportation Corps at Fort Lee, VA.

The role focuses on data handling, briefing prep, and coordinating training resources within senior Army admin structures. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations, strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and large groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in Operations including senior admin HQ roles.
• Ability to prepare written correspondence per US Army standards.
• Experience in preparing and updating spreadsheets and tracking data.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience tracking suspense actions for large HQ (400+ personnel).
• High school diploma or GED required; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare briefings, spreadsheets, data downloads, system input and support staff gathering training data.
• Support administrative staff with Army data and reports.
• Track training statistics and update daily spreadsheets.
• Coordinate internal/external support requests for classrooms and training facilities.
• Schedule external resources (bus, vessel support) to avoid training disruption.
