We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee our military recruiting outreach programs, with a focus on implementing, managing, and maintaining pipeline feeder programs that attract top military talent to our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of military structure as this role will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships with military organizations at the local, regional, and national levels to create a robust pipeline of military candidates. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating recruitment initiatives to meet the organization's manpower requirements.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement comprehensive military recruiting outreach programs to attract high-quality military candidates to our organization, including but not limited to:



Define And Develop


The Warrior Integration Program (WIP) - The candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders from the business and HR to transform the WIP by completing the following initiatives:

  • WIP Mission, Vision, and Purpose statement
  • Program curriculum
  • Alumni engagement and tracking process
  • Formal networking program
  • Metrics and reporting framework
  • Cohort needs and business participation requirements
  • Program schedule and calendar



Build And Implement


  • Recruiting strategy
  • Integration program
  • Mentorship program

By working closely with stakeholders, the candidate will drive the transformation of the WIP program, enhancing its effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.

  • The successful candidate will implement and manage the DoD SkillBridge program in ES.



In Addition, Ideal Candidate Will


  • Manage and oversee pipeline feeder programs, including:
  • Internships and fellowships
  • Mentorship programs
  • Career development workshops
  • Job shadowing and networking events
  • Identify, establish, and maintain partnerships with military organizations, including but not limited to:
  • Local and regional military bases
  • National Guard and Reserve units
  • Veterans' organizations
  • Military transition assistance programs
  • Military-focused job fairs and events
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute recruitment campaigns, events, and initiatives that meet organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on military recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to senior leaders and other stakeholders
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of military recruiting outreach programs and pipeline feeder programs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in military recruiting
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including military leaders, veterans' organizations, and community partners
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to military recruiting and hiring


Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, training, and/or certifications
    • 10+ Years with HS
    • 8+ Years with AA
    • 6+ Years with BS
    • 4+ Years with MS
    • 2+ Years with PhD
  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting, including working on ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • In-depth knowledge of military structure, including ranks, branches, and career paths
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruiting programs and partnerships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience working with military personnel, veterans, or military families
  • Familiarity with military transition assistance programs, such as the Transition Assistance Program (TAP)
  • Certification in recruiting or a related field, such as the Certified Recruiter (CR) or the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification


Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $99410 - $168997

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
