Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Physician Assistants to partner as independent contractors for military service members. The role mainly covers weekend shifts with some weekday coverage in Montana, on an as-needed basis.

You may work at various locations including remote military installations while supporting readiness assessments and medical records documentation. Active PA licensure, CPR/BLS, and experience in primary care or occupational health are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in the state.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify any concerns that need immediate attention, including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record using a proprietary system.
