ERP International, LLC seeks a full-time LPN/LVN or Psychiatric Technician to support the Naval Branch Health Clinic in Millington, TN. You will perform nursing and psychiatric health duties within the Psychiatric Clinic, contributing to PH/TBI initiatives for military beneficiaries.

The role emphasizes safe patient care, accurate documentation, and coordination with military and civilian health systems. Requires nursing certification and BLS.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (LVN/LPN) with a state license.
• One year of practical or vocational nurse experience post-graduation.
• Current, full, active and unrestricted LPN/LVN license.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct or assist in treatment and rehabilitation of patients.
• Identify mental health and nursing diagnoses and provide patient education.
• Observe, monitor, record, and report patient progress.
• Conduct group and individual counseling and milieu activities.
• Institute measures to prevent patient injury or suicide.
• Obtain and record vital signs and assist with daily care.
• Coordinate care with military and civilian agencies and document records.
