The Army & Airforce Exchange Service is seeking an entry-level Air Force chaplain to provide pastoral ministry and counseling. Responsibilities include managing spiritual centers, conducting worship services, and consulting on ethical issues. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s and Master of Divinity, alongside relevant experience and endorsements.
Nothing tests religious beliefs more than many situations our Airmen face throughout their service. Providing pastoral care ministry and counseling to those of faith and those of no faith, Air Force chaplains are religious ministry professionals who support the spiritual resilience of our Airmen worldwide. As spiritual leaders, chaplains are relied upon for faith and personal guidance. They also advocate for our Airmen and consult with leadership on moral, ethical, and quality-of-life issues.

Upon joining the chaplain corps, you will be commissioned as an officer. Your rank will depend on your education and experience.
