Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• US citizenship and fluency in English.
• If required by the contract, bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must obtain a favorable Tier 2 investigation and comply with OCI disclosures.
• One of AFC, CFP or ChFC certifications is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal financial counseling and management services to service members and families at military installations.
• Deliver one-to-one counseling, briefings, and workshops; develop informational materials.
• Coordinate with installation leadership and DoD POCs to ensure program scope and needs are met.
• Utilize virtual counseling or secure online communication when authorized.
• Maintain records, participate in supervision, and contribute to quality improvement activities.
