Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• May consider associate degree +4 years experience in lieu of a bachelor’s.
• May consider high school diploma +6 years experience in lieu of a bachelor’s.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizen and fluent English; bilingual in English/Spanish as required by contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal financial counseling and management services to service members and families.
• Develop and publicize financial materials and conduct workshops.
• Coordinate and present Personal Financial Management classes across the military lifecycle.
• Utilize virtual counseling and other electronic modes as appropriate.
• Collaborate with leadership and DoD processes and participate in supervision.
