Job summary

CACI is seeking a Military Operations & Intelligence Specialist (clearance sponsorship) to support NAVWAR initiatives at JNWC, located at Kirtland AFB, NM. You will perform threat analyses, deliver multi-intelligence products, and coordinate with national and international partners to influence outcomes.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance (sponsorship available), 5 years in NAVWAR or related fields, and strong analytical capabilities, supporting DoD Mission integration and PNT superiority.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, math, statistics, data science, computer science, engineering or related field.
• 5 years of NAVWAR, electronic warfare, or related experience.
• Experience conducting multi-discipline intelligence analysis.

Responsibilities

• Utilize classified and unclassified analytical tools and expert analysis to support regional and global threat assessments.
• Oversee and support delivery of multi-layered, multi-intelligence research products on existing, evolving, and emerging threats.
• Provide real-time updates of current analyses to existing Intel databases.
• Coordinate with higher headquarters, the IC, Allies, and Partner Nations to maintain a unified approach.
• Travel within CONUS and outside CONUS to support operations, exercises, and conferences.

The Opportunity:

As a CACI Mission & Engineering Support NAVWAR Integrator (Military Operations and Intelligence Analyst) supporting the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) you will contribute to enabling Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) superiority for the Department of Defense, interagency, and coalition partners. Located at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, the JNWC is the DOD's Center of Excellence for Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) and PNT capabilities integration.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing detailed threat analysis and assessments against various national and global threats. Your role will involve identifying risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities, and recommending effective countermeasures. You will utilize advanced tools and tradecraft to deliver timely, relevant, and understandable analysis and intelligence material, ensuring that decision-makers are well-informed and able to influence outcomes. Additionally, you will assist supported unit intelligence personnel in carrying out their assigned tasks, fostering a collaborative environment. You will work closely with other Analysts, Planners, and Integrators to develop a comprehensive range of operations and intelligence products, material, and training solutions, ensuring that all aspects of military operations and intelligence are thoroughly addressed.

• You will utilize classified and unclassified analytical tools and expert analysis to support regional and global threat assessments, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the threat picture.
• You will oversee and support the delivery of multi-layered, multi-intelligence research products focused on existing, evolving, and emerging improvised threats.
• Additionally, you will provide consistent real-time updates of current analyses and assessments to existing Intel databases, ensuring the information is always current and relevant.
• Your role will also involve ensuring coordination with higher headquarters, the Intelligence Community, Allies, and Partner Nations to maintain a unified and effective approach.
• Furthermore, the position may require travel within the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside CONUS (OCONUS) to support operations, exercises, and conferences, allowing you to directly contribute to mission success in various locations

Qualifications:

Required:

• Security Clearance: A n active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required to start; however, clearance sponsorship can be provided.
• Education: Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in business, math, statistics, data science, computer science, engineering, or another related field
• Relevant Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in NAVWAR, electronic warfare, or a related field
• Multi-discipline Intelligence Analysis: Experience conducting multi-discipline intelligence analysis
• Deployed PNT Environment: Experience conducting analysis in a deployed Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) environment
• Analytical Support to Operations: Experience providing analytical support to operations

Desired:

• Advanced Education: MA/MS in a related field
• Military Intermediate Level Education (ILE): Graduate of a military Intermediate Level Education (ILE) course (e.g., Army Command and General Staff College or another service equivalent)
• Joint Professional Military Education (JPME): Graduate of a Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) course (e.g., Naval Command and Staff or another service equivalent)
• Advanced Military Studies: Graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) or a Joint War College
