Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an Intelligence Specialist III to support the full cycle of intelligence collection operations for DoD mission requirements. You will bridge collectors and consumers and apply expertise across CI/HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, ELINT, or All Source.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a degree or DoD training, 10+ years of experience (14+ with military training), and the ability to brief executives.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree or completion of formal Military/DoD Intelligence Training
  • 10+ years of related experience with a degree, or 14+ years with Military/DoD Intelligence Training
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more intelligence disciplines (CI/HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, ELINT, All Source, Targeting, Cyber, or Financial)
  • Strong understanding of the full intelligence cycle, including collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination
  • Experience developing strategic goals and implementing strategic initiatives within an intelligence mission area
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a liaison between intelligence collectors and consumers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief executive leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to significantly improve existing processes and practices for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Experience supporting the assessment of intelligence mission success and operational outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new products, processes, standards, or operational plans that significantly impact functional results
  • Apply deep expertise in one or more specific intelligence disciplines to support tactical, operational, and strategic-level intelligence requirements
  • Serve as a recognized subject matter expert, coaching and mentoring intelligence personnel across the collection and analysis lifecycle
  • Communicate directly with executive leadership on intelligence findings, operational plans, and strategic initiatives
  • Significantly improve on existing intelligence processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support mission analysis, concept development, and plan development activities for complex intelligence operations
  • Assist with the assessment of mission success and provide recommendations for future collection strategies
  • Interface with cross-functional intelligence teams, collectors, and consumers to ensure alignment with operational objectives
  • Support the integration of intelligence systems and technologies that guide collection and dissemination activities
  • Provide guidance and expertise across the full intelligence cycle, from planning through execution and assessment

The Opportunity

Serve as a recognized master in your professional discipline, supporting the full cycle of intelligence collection operations for Department of Defense mission requirements.

  • Serve as the bridge between Collectors and the intelligence consumer, integrating operational capabilities to respond to evolving concepts of operations
  • Apply specialized skills in one or more intelligence disciplines, including CI/HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, ELINT, All Source, Targeting, Cyber, or Financial intelligence
  • Support collection requirements development and guide intelligence collection and dissemination across multiple intelligence systems
  • Engage in the full intelligence cycle, from mission analysis and concept development, to plan development, execution support, and assessment of mission success
  • Develop strategic goals and implement strategic initiatives in support of broader mission objectives
  • Establish operational plans within your assigned intelligence job area

  • Bachelor's degree or completion of formal Military/DoD Intelligence Training
  • 10+ years of related experience with a degree, or 14+ years of related experience with Military/DoD Intelligence Training
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more intelligence disciplines (CI/HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, ELINT, All Source, Targeting, Cyber, or Financial intelligence)
  • Strong understanding of the full intelligence cycle, including collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination
  • Experience developing strategic goals and implementing strategic initiatives within an intelligence mission area
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a liaison between intelligence collectors and consumers
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to support mission analysis, concept development, and plan development

Desired
  • Formal Military/DoD Intelligence Training or certification in a specialized intelligence discipline
  • Experience with Multi-INT data fusion and intelligence integration
  • Familiarity with intelligence systems supporting collection requirements management
  • Knowledge of SIGINT, GEOINT, or All-Source intelligence analysis tools and platforms
  • Experience with targeting methodologies and processes
  • Understanding of cyber intelligence collection and analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with C5ISR systems and Army intelligence architectures
  • Experience supporting joint or coalition intelligence operations
  • Knowledge of intelligence dissemination systems and reporting standards
  • Previous experience supporting government intelligence program offices
  • Experience mentoring or training junior intelligence personnel
  • Familiarity with emerging intelligence technologies, including AI/ML-enabled analysis tools
