Job summary

Owen Health Care is seeking a Mindfulness Coach to support Airmen at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The role focuses on evidence-based, nonclinical mindfulness and mental-performance coaching to enhance focus, resilience, stress management, and cognitive readiness in demanding operational environments.

The position works with an integrated human-performance team, alongside an Athletic Trainer and a Functional Strength Coach, within a strictly nonclinical coaching scope and on-site

Qualifications

Must hold an active NCC credential issued by NBCC.
Two years of relevant professional experience in mindfulness, mental performance, resilience, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver mindfulness and mental-performance education tailored to military missions.
Coach on attention, emotional regulation, stress management, and performance readiness.
Facilitate group workshops and individual coaching within nonclinical scope.
Coordinate with squadron personnel to schedule training sessions.
Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries, and track program outcomes.
