Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking a Psychiatric Technician to provide direct mental health support to military families at the 15th MDG Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. You will assist with assessments, treatment plans, counseling, and rehabilitation services within a military treatment facility.

The role requires a Psychiatric Technician certificate, completion of relevant training, and at least one year of recent experience; licensure or national certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Psychiatric Technician program.
• One year of experience as a Psychiatric Technician in the last two years.
• Possess/maintain valid license as Psychiatric Technician or an equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct mental health care support and assist with assessments and treatment plans.
• Conduct or assist in counseling, group and individual therapy, and education.
• Document patient progress and maintain treatment records.
• Monitor vital signs and ensure patient safety and wellbeing.
• Coordinate care with military and civilian health services and other agencies.
