Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Physician Assistants to join our Reserve Health Readiness Program as independent contractors. You will provide services to military service members, primarily on weekends with occasional weekdays, across multiple locations in the United States.

Active PA license in the state and CPR/BLS certification are required. Prior experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational health is preferred, and you should be comfortable mobile clinic work and travel to remote

Qualifications

Active PA license in the state
Experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational health preferred
Experience with mobile medical services preferred
Ability to travel to remote military installations
Excellent oral and written communication

Responsibilities

Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
Identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health.
Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using a proprietary system.
