Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks an experienced architect to lead IT solution design and narrative for RFI/RFP responses for Military Health Systems. You will drive the technical strategy, unify efforts across architects and SMEs, and shape the architectural diagrams that differentiate our bid, delivering scalable solutions for complex federal contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience designing and delivering IT solutions with measurable outcomes.
• At least 3 years leading architectural strategy and technical responses for complex bids in Military Health space.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrated in winning proposals and executive briefings.
• Broad Knowledge across Cloud Architecture, Cloud Migration, Cybersecurity & Compliance, Zero Trust, Data Platforms and AI.
• Understanding across Military Health Service domains including healthcare delivery, payer, provider and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and technical narrative for RFI and RFP responses.
• Coordinate with Solution and Enterprise Architects to build unified enterprise solutions.
• Integrate Accenture assets into Military Health solution architecture.
• Provide evidence to differentiate our technical approach from competitors.
• Translate business needs into clear written responses for evaluations.
• Design architectural diagrams to communicate solutions to evaluators.
• Shape the overall technical strategy for high-impact engagements.
