The State of Missouri is seeking personnel to perform Military Funeral Honors for veterans in the Springfield area. This position reports to the Military Funeral Honors Team Leader and serves a multi-county area.
Responsibilities include training personnel, coordinating with National Guard units and Veterans Organizations, operating and maintaining weapons, and upholding a professional presence in public settings. Total compensation includes competitive benefits and leave.
Having the ability to perform Military Funeral Honors for our fallen veterans. Receive Annual and Sick Leave along with Military Leave if currently in the Missouri National Guard or Reserves.
This position will be located at 1400 North Fremont Avenue, Springfield, MO 65802
