Job summary

Bridge Defense seeks a highly qualified Military Forces Analyst to support a Government Customer at DIA HQ. This role conducts all-source analytic production on foreign military forces to support senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

Bridge Defense requires TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, 3+ years of intelligence field experience or 7+ years with HS diploma, or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in military capability analysis and creating, using, and maintaining MIDB records.
  • Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR and great power competition.
  • Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment.
  • Ability to develop high‑quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.
  • Provide briefings and concise analyses to DIA HQ and government customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate, timely intelligence products.

Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct all‑source analytic production on foreign military forces, including but not limited to foreign military organizations, command structure, strategy and doctrine, capabilities, equipment, operations and exercises, facilities, sustainment, leadership, and force disposition / order of battle.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in military capability analysis and creating, using, and maintaining MIDB records
  • Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR and great power competition

  • Ability to develop peer networks across an enterprise to maintain technology awareness and to support resolution of problems.
  • Ability to operate across traditional technical boundaries, comfortable working in the compute space as well as the storage space in an operational capacity.
  • Technically curious and driven to learn new skills.
General Factors
  • Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; overtime should be expected when schedules demand it.
  • Willing to travel, if needed.
  • No Relocation.
  • Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to multi‑task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
  • Certification Requirement: IFPC within 90 days of hire.
