Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Community Resource Coordinator to support the resilience, well‑being, and readiness of service members and their families. You will integrate, coordinate, and maintain community and family support programs, build peer networks, and collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary teams.

The role involves data collection, needs assessment, program execution, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years’ related experience in social services education or coordination.
• Willingness to receive specialized training on peer support counseling and referrals.
• Knowledge of DoW resources and DoW/DoD civilian support programs.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee peer support networks for assigned commands.
• Recruit peer support counselors and ensure vetting/training to USSOCOM CRC standards.
• Collect and report data for program evaluations and outcomes.
