Job Description Summary

The Senior Manager of Supplier Risk Management works in the Sourcing Center of Excellence Team and is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive supplier risk management program. This role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with suppliers to ensure the continuity and resilience of the supply chain. The Senior Manager will work closely with various departments, including sourcing, finance, business risk resiliency, and compliance, to implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a supplier risk management framework for first tier and sub-tier suppliers.
• Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams for supplier evaluation based on risk criteria.
• Monitor and report on supplier performance, including financial stability and compliance.
• Maintain tools and systems to track supplier risk information.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supplier risk issues.
• Provide training on supplier risk management practices.
• Partner with Enterprise Risk Management to align program elements.

Tasks

• Lead risk management program deliverables and awareness activities.
• Update risk management policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments across various risk types such as financial, operational, cybersecurity, ESG, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Communicate risk information to stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Understanding of risk mitigation principles.
• People management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
