Qualifications

Description:

Columbia Hill Consulting Group is building a talent pool of cleared professionals with experience in military deception (MILDEC) operations in anticipation of upcoming opportunities. If you’re a seasoned MILDEC planner with operational-level experience supporting the DoD or IC, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do (Pending Contract Award):

• Integrate deception planning into Joint and Service-level operations
• Support campaign-level MILDEC strategies aligned with national objectives
• Coordinate with IO, OPSEC, PSYOP, and IW planners
• Develop, validate, and assess deception plans and indicators
• Provide SME support to wargames, exercises, and concept development

Basic Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 7+ years of experience in Information Operations, including 3+ in MILDEC planning
• Familiarity with Joint Planning Process (JPP), JP 3-13.4, and supporting doctrine
• Proven ability to work in classified, cross-functional environments
• Excellent writing, briefing, and planning skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting CCMD, JS, or Service-level deception planning efforts
• Prior assignments at IO cells or strategic influence organizations
• JPME I or equivalent
