Qualifications

Job description

TechINT Solutions Group is looking for a CI Collection Manager to join our Fort Belvoir team. Job#TI974


Job Descriptions

The Contractor shall support the Army Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCIP) Program and Critical Infrastructure Risk Management (CIRM) related collection with quarterly and annual collection assessments against tasked intelligence collection requirements.


  • Provide subject matter expertise to INSCOM senior leaders on CI collection management, including attending the monthly Collection Management Targeting Board (CMTB). Provide Government leadership with an executive summary of the CMTB, with particular focus on CI equities.
  • Provide feedback to CI production assessments and CI operational and collection activity assessments.
  • Provide product resulting from tasked Intelligence Collection Requirements gap analysis.
  • Attend the INSCOM Targeting Review Board (1 (one) per month). At the conclusion of each meeting, the Contractor shall provide Government leadership with written feedback for an executive summary.
  • Support the Army CI Support to Research, Development, and Acquisition (CIRDA) with quarterly and annual collection assessments against tasked intelligence collection requirements.

Security Requirements

Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.


Training

Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Intelligence Certifying Courses:

  • Army (Officer) – Military Intelligence Captains Career Course or Service Equivalent. Additional Skill Identifiers in an intelligence field are desired.
  • Army (Warrant) – 350F Course or Service Equivalent. Completion of Warrant Officer Intermediate Level Education and/or Additional Skill Identifiers in an intelligence field are desired.
  • Army (Enlisted) – 35F Course or Service Equivalent. Completion of Senior Leaders Course and/or Additional Skill Identifiers in an intelligence field are desired.

Experience and required skills

Minimum of 8 years combined experience in the following fields:

  • Collection Management (3 years or more)
  • All-Source Analysis (3 years or more)
  • Understanding of Intelligence Cycle.
  • Understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the MDMP.
  • Familiarization with Collection Management systems.

* Creditable experience in distinct fields cannot be combined to meet the minimum total years (see above). College education does not substitute for experience.


Additional Requirement:

Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
