Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to support military and intelligence communities in Chantilly, VA or McLean, VA, with staffing needs determining location.

You will perform assessments, diagnostic interviews, psychotherapy, and organizational consultations, while maintaining complete clinical records and collaborating with medical staff.

Candidates must have a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, APA-accredited training, postdoctoral hours, state licensure, and eligible for clearance.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Postdoctoral supervised experience, 1500–2000 hours, in a clinical setting.
• 5+ years of post-licensure/certification experience.
• Must hold state licensure as Psychologist to work independently.
• Experience conducting assessments and clinical interviews with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and clinical interviews, documenting findings.
• Diagnose disorders and provide evidence-based psychotherapy and consultations.
• Conduct diagnostic interviews and therapy sessions using evidence-based models.
• Provide mental health resources and referrals as applicable.
• Develop and implement mental health workshops, briefings, and group therapy.
