Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and clinical interviews with documentation.
  • Diagnose psychological disorders and provide evidence-based psychotherapy.
  • Conduct diagnostic interviews and therapy sessions; consult to management and medical staff.
  • Provide mental health referrals and resources as applicable.
  • Develop and deliver mental health workshops and group therapies.
  • Conduct pre/post deployment consultations and organizational consultation for high-threat operations.
  • Maintain complete, accurate records of services rendered and documentation.
  • Consult with management and medical staff as needed.
