Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
• APA-accredited program completed.
• Postdoctoral supervised experience (1,500–2,000 hours).
• 5 years post-licensure/certification experience.
• State licensure as a Psychologist to practice independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and clinical interviews with documentation.
• Diagnose psychological disorders and provide evidence-based psychotherapy and consultations.
• Conduct diagnostic interviews and therapy sessions using evidence-based models; consult to management and medical staff.
• Provide mental health referrals and resources.
• Develop and implement mental health workshops and group therapy.
• Conduct pre/post deployment consultations and mental health briefings for high-threat operations.
• Maintain complete, accurate records of clinical services rendered.
