The Air Force is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Chaplain. This role involves providing pastoral care, conducting services, and advising on spiritual matters. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, a Master's in Divinity, and at least two years of ministry experience. This position is vital for supporting the spiritual resilience of Airmen worldwide.
Nothing tests religious beliefs more than the many situations our Airmen face throughout their service. Providing pastoral care ministry and counseling to those of faith and those of no faith, Air Force chaplains are religious ministry professionals who support the spiritual resilience of our Airmen worldwide. As spiritual leaders, chaplains are relied upon for faith and personal guidance. They also advocate for our Airmen and consult with leadership on moral, ethical, and quality-of-life issues.
