Job summary

Resolution Think, LLC seeks a full-time Athletic Trainer at Fort Rucker, AL to optimize soldier readiness and performance across brigade and battalion levels. The AT will implement a comprehensive, periodized program integrated with training calendars, including basic acute care, injury control, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training required.
• Unrestricted state license/registration/certification in applicable states.
• U.S. Citizenship required for federal contract.
• Minimum 2 years AT experience in relevant settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for brigade units.
• Provide forward MSK care, injury prevention, and performance optimization.
• Ensure medical treatment follows supervision by a government healthcare provider.
• Observe training events and adapt care to austere environments.
• Maintain BLS certification and AED as required.
• Communicate in English with trainees, staff, and ATs.
• Engage in continuing education and license/certification renewals.
