Job summary

Resolution Think, LLC is seeking full-time certified Athletic Trainers to join the Fort Bragg team to support soldier readiness and H2F mission goals. The AT will provide comprehensive MSK care, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization as part of the brigade’s health services.

Collaborating with PTs, OTs, nutritionists, and strength coaches, the AT will help develop an integrated education and services program, aligned with the battalion calendar, and ensure proper

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from an accredited program.
• CAATE accreditation completion.
• Unrestricted state license/registration/certification to provide AT services.
• US Citizenship.
• Minimum 2 years of AT experience in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide MSK care, early medical intervention, injury prevention, and performance optimization in diverse settings.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nutritionists, strength & conditioning coaches, and cognitive performance specialists.
• Deliver prevention-focused care, acute injury management, and rehab for MSK injuries.
• Address the five H2F domains: Physical, Mental, Nutritional, Sleep, and Spiritual.
• Improve soldier performance and readiness; support ACFT goals.
