Resolution Think, LLC, a joint venture under Cognito Systems, seeks full-time certified Athletic Trainers to join our team at Fort Bliss, TX. The Athletic Trainer will optimize soldier readiness and the soldier’s ability to perform warrior tasks and battle drills required for the brigade’s mission readiness.

As part of the Holistic Health and Fitness Performance Team, the AT will develop a comprehensive education and services program integrated with the battalion training calendar, including

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from CAATE-accredited program.
• Unrestricted state license/registration/certification to practice Athletic Training (US).
• Passing score from the BOC for the Athletic Trainer and NPI.
• Background check and drug screen; current physical and immunizations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned units at brigade, battalion, or company level.
• Provide forward MSK care, early medical intervention, injury prevention, and performance optimization in diverse settings.
• Ensure medical treatment is supervised by a licensed healthcare provider.
• Observe training events and environments to assess health and safety.
• Maintain BLS certification with AED per American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Communicate effectively with trainees, staff, and other ATs in English.
• Operate Microsoft applications (Word, Excel).
• Engage in continuing education for AT licensure/certification renewals.
• Maintain CAF documentation and licensure requirements as required.
