Job summary

Resolution Think, LLC is seeking full-time certified Athletic Trainers to join our Fort Huachuca, AZ team. The AT will optimize soldier readiness through comprehensive MSK care and performance programs, integrated with battalion training calendars and mission readiness.

Responsibilities include field care, IP, and ongoing education to maintain licensure, with workweeks typically Monday through Friday. Strong BLS certification and U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university.
• Graduate from CAATE-accredited program.
• Unrestricted state license/registration/certification and NPI.
• BOC passing score for Athletic Trainer; U.S. citizenship.
• Background check and current immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary AT contact for brigade levels and units.
• Provide forward MSK care, early medical intervention, IP, and performance optimization.
• Ensure treatments are under supervision of a licensed government provider.
• Work across settings including gyms, ranges, and SPRC.
• Maintain BLS/ALS credentials and effective English communication.
• Engage in continuing education and maintain licensure.
