Bel Aire Recovery Center is seeking a Milieu Coordinator to supervise milieu staff and coordinate direct client care during shifts in Bel Aire, Kansas. The role ensures a positive, structured environment under the supervision of a charge nurse or supervisor.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, admissions/discharge facilitation, and documentation. Strong behavioral health experience and crisis intervention skills are required, with readiness to train and mentor staff.

Formación

• Behavioral health experience is required or an associate degree with related experience.
• Strong de-escalation and crisis intervention skills are essential.
• Experience supervising staff during shifts is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise milieu staff during shifts for all direct client care.
• Monitor and adjust staffing, assist with assignments, and ensure safety.
• Support treatment programming and maintain accurate documentation.
• Mentor staff and ensure regulatory compliance and quality care.
