Qualifications

• Experience working in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or a similar clinical setting.
• Two or more years’ experience with the population of the facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shift change activities to assign staff and review staffing for the units.
• Facilitate and monitor patient care and programming.
• Train and mentor direct care staff during the shift.
