Cunningham Children's Home is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced leader to join our team as aResidential Supervisor (Milieu Coordinator).In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a busy residential treatment unit serving emotionally and behaviorally challenged youth. You will assist the Associate Director of Residential/Clinical Services in overseeing the residential living unit, with a focus on three main areas: supervising staff, ensuring staffing schedules are complete, and managing the therapeutic milieu. Your primary responsibility will be to assure the safety, security, and effective treatment of the residents in your care.
