Job summary

TTC, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to support a newly awarded federal contract. The role is located onsite at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio, and requires Top-Secret/Sci clearance along with 10+ years of construction program oversight.

Responsibilities include MILCON requirements, coordination with customers and end users, and risk-managed construction leadership. PMP certification and Primavera expertise are preferred to drive project success in a secure DoD environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing construction projects, preferably ICD 705 construction.
• PMP certification.
• Active Top Secret SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define MILCON requirements; interface with the mission customer and external agencies; manage the design and construction project.
• Coordinate with project managers and end users to develop MILCON project requirements for base facilities and infrastructure.
• Provide MILCON communications for NSIC leadership and stakeholders, including Distinguished Visitors.
• Apply change management to communicate construction progress, parking, and mission location changes affecting NSIC population.
• Provide occupancy planning and process & procedures modernization for facilities management.
• Coordinate vendor and government representatives to minimize NSIC mission interruption during projects.
• Deliver weekly activity reports and minutes; maintain risk logs and alignment with NSIC strategic goals.
