Job summary

Apogee seeks a Program Manager for Large Project & MILCON Liaison to provide senior-level oversight of major facility projects and MILCON efforts. This role serves as a key liaison between project stakeholders and NASIC mission requirements.

Contingent upon contract award; on-site at Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH. You will oversee planning/execution, coordinate with management and external stakeholders, monitor cost/schedule/performance, and prepare status reports and briefings, including

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management of facilities or large capital projects.
• Master's degree in engineering, project management, or related field
• Extensive experience managing large facility or MILCON projects in DoD or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of large facility and MILCON projects supporting NASIC.
• Serve as liaison between project management, planning teams, line management, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project cost, schedule, and performance; prepare status reports and briefings.
• Coordinate resolution of project issues to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Support development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and milestone charts.
• Lead coordination with Government stakeholders for project approvals and reporting.

Minimum Experience

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
• Clearance: TS/SCI
• Certifications: PMI certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent PMI program/project management credential)

• Master's degree in engineering, project management, or related field
