Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction procurement or contract administration.
• Deep working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, UFC, and other procurement standards.
• Proven experience managing subcontracts for complex federal projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full procurement lifecycle for Military Construction projects.
• Ensure subcontract agreements comply with government requirements.
• Manage and analyze contract execution across MILCON projects.
