Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with valid licensure.
• Min 1 year of baseball experience.
• 2+ years in professional or collegiate sports medicine setting.
• Willing to relocate to West Palm Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent rehab standards across the Houston Astros PC&P team for Minor League.
• Collaborate with athletic trainers, team physicians, S&C coaches, mental health & performance staff, and other departments to care for athletes.
• Assist with injury prevention, evaluation, management, and rehab of non-40-Man players.
• Communicate injury and rehab updates to key stakeholders.
• Develop rehab programs, provide treatments, coordinate rehab assignments, and liaise with therapists.

Education

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)

Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) - preferred
