BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs/CHHAs) to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Training is available for qualified candidates, and positions offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities to work with clients in your neighborhood.

Openings for CHHAs and HHAs across the region, with a focus on Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem counties.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one care based on a written plan of care under RN supervision.

• Monitor and remind about medications and perform routine health checks as directed.
• Offer companionship and support to help clients stay independent at home.

What You'll Do

As a BAYADA Home Health Aide, you'll provide compassionate one-on-one care based on a written plan of care under the direction of a registered nurse.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Dressing and personal hygiene
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Bed making and other household tasks
• Assistance with ambulation and transfers
• Range-of-motion exercises
• Vital sign checks
• Companionship and emotional support
• Helping clients maintain their independence at home

What We're Looking For

• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful
• Passionate about helping others
• Committed to providing quality care
• Able to travel to clients' homes as assigned
• Comfortable working independently with clients
• Previous home health care or patient care experience is welcome, but not always required. Training may be available for qualified candidates.

For Experienced CHHAs

Candidates applying for HHA/CHHA positions should have:

• A current CHHA/HHA credential in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing
• Previous caregiving or home health experience, when required for the position
