BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs/CHHAs) to support clients across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem Counties in New Jersey. Training opportunities are offered through the New Jersey Board of Nursing, and we provide flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and support from a caring office and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care is welcome but not required.
• Willing to travel to clients' homes.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner.

Responsabilités

• Bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Dressing and personal hygiene.
• Meal preparation and feeding.
• Medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Bed making and other household tasks.
• Assistance with ambulation and transfers.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Previous home health care or patient care experience is welcome, but not always required. Training may be available for qualified candidates.

For Experienced CHHAs

• A current CHHA/HHA credential in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing
• Previous caregiving or home health experience, when required for the position
