BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs/CHHAs) to support clients in their own homes in the ACSP division across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem Counties. Training is available for qualified candidates, with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

As an HHA/CHHA, you’ll deliver one-on-one care under a registered nurse, helping with daily activities, medication reminders, and companionship while promoting independence and safety at home.

Formación

• Current CHHA/HHA credential in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• Previous home health care or patient care experience is welcome, but not required; training may be available.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate one-on-one care based on a written plan of care under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Dressing and personal hygiene.
• Meal preparation and feeding.
• Medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Bed making and other household tasks.
• Assistance with ambulation and transfers.
• Range-of-motion exercises.
• Vital sign checks.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Helping clients maintain their independence at home.

For Experienced CHHAs

Candidates applying for HHA/CHHA positions should have:

• A current CHHA/HHA credential in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing
• Previous caregiving or home health experience, when required for the position
