BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA/CHHA) in New Jersey. Join a nationally recognized home care provider to deliver compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes under the direction of a registered nurse.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, CHHA training opportunities, and paid time off. Training is available with open enrollment and nearby class options to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Current CHHA/HHA credential in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• Previous home health care experience welcome, training may be available.
• Willing to travel to clients' homes as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate one-on-one care according to a written plan of care under supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals, assist with eating, and remind about medications.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and other small tasks.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to maintain independence at home.

What You'll Do

As a BAYADA Home Health Aide, you'll provide compassionate one-on-one care based on a written plan of care under the direction of a registered nurse.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Dressing and personal hygiene
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Bed making and other household tasks
• Assistance with ambulation and transfers
• Range-of-movement exercises
• Vital sign checks
• Companionship and emotional support
• Helping clients maintain their independence at home

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for caregivers who are:

• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful
• Passionate about helping others
• Committed to providing quality care
• Able to travel to clients' homes as assigned
• Comfortable working independently with clients

Previous home health care or patient care experience is welcome, but not always required. Training may be available for qualified candidates.

For Experienced CHHAs

Candidates applying for HHA/CHHA positions should have:

• A current CHHA/HHA credential in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing
• Previous caregiving or home health experience, when required for the position
