Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs/CHHAs) to serve clients in New Jersey. You will work one-on-one under a registered nurse's direction, delivering compassionate care in clients' homes.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

As a BAYADA Home Health Aide, you'll provide compassionate one-on-one care based on a written plan of care under the direction of a registered nurse.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Bathing, grooming, and toileting

• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Bed making and other household tasks
• Assistance with ambulation and transfers
• Range-of-motion exercises
• Vital sign checks
• Companionship and emotional support
• Helping clients maintain their independence at home

For Experienced CHHAs

Candidates applying for HHA/CHHA positions should have:

• A current CHHA/HHA credential in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing
• Previous caregiving or home health experience, when required for the position
