Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in New Jersey is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs/CHHAs) to provide compassionate in-home care based on a written plan under the supervision of a registered nurse. Training is available for qualified candidates.

We offer CHHA training through the New Jersey Board of Nursing, flexible scheduling with day/evening/weekend shifts, and weekly pay. You will travel to clients' homes, build meaningful relationships, and be supported by a caring team across the region.

Qualifications

• Current CHHA/HHA credential in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• Previous caregiving or home health experience preferred but training may be available.

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working independently with clients

Previous home health care or patient care experience is welcome, but not always required. Training may be available for qualified candidates.

For Experienced CHHAs

Candidates applying for HHA/CHHA positions should have:

• A current CHHA/HHA credential in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing
• Previous caregiving or home health experience, when required for the position
