Qualifications
Several years of experience in inside or outside sales, preferably in the MIL/AERO sector.
Responsibilities
Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Work closely and collaboratively with field sales, purchasing, and product management.
Prepare and issue customer-specific quotations and ensure consistent follow-up.
Enter and process customer orders in the system.
Monitor and coordinate ongoing orders as well as volume contracts.
Maintain and update customer master data.
Handle customer complaints and ensure appropriate resolution.
Issue credit notes.
Skills
Fluent in English
Fluent in German (C1 level)
