Summa Health in Akron, Ohio seeks a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) to join our employed physician group. The selected candidate will practice MIGS with an interest in pelvic medicine, including pelvic pain, fibroids, endometriosis, vulvar disease, and related procedures.

The position offers an employed framework with competitive compensation, benefits, and incentives such as signing bonus, loan assistance, relocation, and CME allowance.

Formación

• Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology required.
• Completion of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Fellowship required.
• Unrestricted Ohio Licensure or eligibility to obtain one.
• Active involvement in medical student, resident, and fellow education expected.
• Commitment to evidence-based, standardized patient-centered care in a team-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide MIGS surgical care within a multi-specialty Summa Health Medical Group.
• Engage in pelvic medicine interests and related procedures.
• Participate in in-office and operating room schedules with 3 days in clinic and some days in the OR.
• Collaborate with anesthesia, radiology, and sub-specialty teams for comprehensive care.
• Support academic appointment at Northeast Ohio Medical University as appropriate.
