Qualifications

• Board-certified OB/GYN with MIGS interest or fellowship.
• Active MIGS credentials or ABOG designation strongly preferred.
• Minimum 100 minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries in the last 12 months should be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and surgical management for complex benign gynecologic disorders.
• Perform minimally invasive surgeries including laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, robotic procedures.
• Engage in academic activities: lectures, curriculum development, and resident education.
• Support MIGS growth and mentor junior staff within LVPG OB/GYN.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across LVHN facilities.
