Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a board-certified OB/GYN with MIGS expertise to join our premier maternity and gynecology programs across LVHN facilities in the Lehigh Valley. The role emphasizes patient‑centered care and collaboration with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities include performing minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries (robotic and laparoscopic), perioperative and core inpatient GYN coverage, and active participation in education, research, and quality initiatives within a

Qualifications

• Board-certified OB/GYN.
• Attending OB/GYN with 10+ years preferred.
• MIGS aptitude with fellowship or ABOG MIGS designation.
• ABOG MIGS-focused designation.
• Maintains GYN surgery privileges with robotic and/or laparoscopic skills for 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and surgical management for complex benign gynecological disorders (endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic pain).
• Perform minimally invasive surgeries (laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, robotic).
• Contribute to education, curriculum development, and simulation training for residents and medical students.
• Participate in leadership and mentorship within the MIGS division.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgeons to optimize outcomes using MIS techniques.
