Tata Consultancy Services Limited in New York City is seeking a Lead to drive legacy platform migration, oversee conversion releases, and coordinate extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation across offshore and onsite teams.

The role demands deep COBOL/JCL/Assembler exposure, strong governance, risk management, and the ability to deliver cutovers with minimal business impact. Bachelor’s in Computer Science preferred.

Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000 a year
