• Legacy platform migration and conversion leadership.
• Life70/iSeries/mainframe understanding; COBOL/JCL/Assembler exposure.
• Source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, remediation and cutover.
• POD governance, risk management and stakeholder coordination.

Responsabilités

• Lead the migration POD, plan and govern conversion releases.
• Coordinate extraction, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
• Manage defects, remediation, dress rehearsals and cutover readiness.
• Control risks, dependencies, reporting and business sign-offs.
