Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent professional training.
• Previous experience in immigration law and procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews at CCCS sites in NYC and Lower Hudson Valley under attorney supervision.
• Assist with initial consultations, limited-scope applications, and client declarations.
• Prepare, review, and file routine immigration applications under attorney supervision.
• Support asylum, U visa, and other humanitarian forms of relief.
• Provide clerical support to attorneys and maintain client files.
• Deliver presentations and workshops on immigration issues.
• Maintain and report statistical data as required.
