Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional to drive territory sales in Fredericksburg, VA, engaging customers both in person and online. You will develop strategic call plans, leverage analytics, and apply deep product/disease knowledge to educate providers and advance Pfizer objectives.

The role emphasizes teamwork, remote collaboration with cross-functional teams, and timely completion of administrative tasks while complying with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Professional Sales or related fields, or an associate’s degree with 6+ years, or high school diploma with 8+ years.
• Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• D drives sales in assigned territory.
• Engages with customers face to face and virtually.
• Develops and implements territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies.
• Builds rapport with customers in live and virtual environments and uses digital tools.
• Uses internal reports and analytics to identify and pursue strategic opportunities.
• Leverages product and disease state knowledge to educate providers about value propositions.
• Demonstrates teamwork across the organization to address customer inquiries and Pfizer objectives.
• Completes administrative tasks accurately and on time.
