Job summary

Therma-Tron-X, Inc. (TTX®) in Sturgeon Bay, WI is seeking a skilled welder to join our manufacturing team. This full-time on-site role runs 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with at least 25% travel to customer sites for installations and warranty work.

You will MIG weld, read blueprints, and inspect welds, with TIG welding a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a technical welding credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical welding coursework preferred.
• MIG welding experience required; TIG a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Capable of reading tape measures and performing basic math.

Responsibilities

• Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying welding techniques.
• Interprets blueprints and specifications to determine proper welding process.
• Inspects completed welds for structural soundness.
• Follow supervisor instructions and daily work assignments.
